Under16 / Beginners - 5 - 6pm
16+ and advanced juniors - 6 - 7pm

Under16 / Beginners - 4.30 - 5.30pm
16+ and advanced juniors - 5.30 - 6.30pm
Saturday:
Strength & Conditioning (mixed) 7 - 8am
Sunday:
BoxFit (women only) 7.00am - 7.45am
